My Journey

Movement has always been part of my life, from dance and cheer in my teens to teaching group fitness in college. I’ve always loved helping others enjoy being active. Nutrition became just as important to me, especially as I started learning how much what we eat impacts how we feel.

For years, I followed the old-school advice, eat less, work out more, but once I hit my 40s (and then 50s), that stopped working. My body felt exhausted, and nothing I tried seemed to help.

So, I changed the approach. I stopped chasing diets and started focusing on what actually supports my body now, real food, simple movement, quality sleep, and less stress. That’s when everything shifted. Now I help other women find the same clarity, confidence, and energy, without the extremes (like giving up carbs! No thank you!)

My Approach

Wellness doesn’t have to be complicated, but it does need to make sense for your life. I teach real strategies that work for real women juggling a million things. No rigid meal plans. No spending hours at the gym. No trying to "earn" your food.

We focus on the habits that actually move the needle, nourishing your body with whole foods, adding in movement that feels good (and fits your schedule), getting better sleep, managing stress, and building confidence one step at a time.

Everything I coach is rooted in sustainability. I won’t ask you to overhaul your life, I’ll help you simplify it. You don’t need another program that burns you out. You need a clear, supportive path that finally works with your body, not against it.

This isn’t about getting your 20-year-old body back. It’s about finally feeling good in the one you’re in. Wellness shouldn’t feel like a second full-time job. I’m here to help you keep it simple, doable, and actually stick with something that works.

Instead of crash diets or all-or-nothing programs, I teach a real-life approach that blends whole food nutrition, doable movement, and realistic strategies you can actually follow.

It’s about helping you feel stronger, more energized, and more confident, without the overwhelm or the guilt. No more guessing, no more extremes, just simple steps that fit your life now.
