By visiting our website, booking a service, purchasing a program, joining a membership, or using our coaching materials, you're agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Take a minute to read through them so we're on the same page.

1. Introduction

These Terms apply anytime you interact with us, whether that's browsing the site, booking a call, purchasing a program, or working through our coaching materials.

2. What We Offer

Simplified Wellness Co. provides wellness coaching and education. That may include:

  • One-on-one health coaching sessions

  • Group coaching programs

  • Monthly membership content and support

  • Digital wellness resources and materials

  • Nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle education

  • Appointment-based support and communication

Everything we offer is for educational and coaching purposes. We're here to support your journey, not replace medical care (more on that below).

3. Text Messaging Terms

If you've booked an appointment, submitted a form, joined a program, or opted in another way, we may send you text messages. These might include:

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Appointment reminders

  • Rescheduling updates

  • Support communications

  • Program related updates

We only text you if you've opted in through a form with clear SMS consent language.

Want to stop? Reply "STOP" anytime to the number that texted you, and we'll send one confirmation letting you know you're unsubscribed. After that, no more texts unless you opt back in.

Message and data rates may apply. How often you hear from us depends on your appointments, your program, and how you're interacting with our services. Carriers aren't responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older to join our SMS program.

4. Program Terms

4.1 One-on-One Coaching

We're not currently offering one-on-one coaching. If that changes, this section will be updated with the terms for that offer.

4.2 Group Programs

Group program content, including anything shared in our Social Glow community, stays available for one week after the program wraps, then it moves to our archive. Live sessions are always recorded and shared afterward, so you're covered if you miss one live. Program materials are for you. Please don't share, copy, redistribute, or make them available to anyone outside the program.

4.3 Monthly Membership

Right now, our only monthly membership runs through FASTer Way to Fat Loss. If you're a FASTer Way member, you agreed to their own separate terms and conditions when you joined, and those terms govern your membership, not this document.

We're building toward offering an in-house monthly membership down the road. When that launches, this section will be updated with its specific terms.

5. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in USD, unless we say otherwise.

Payment is due in full before services begin, unless we've agreed to a payment plan or other arrangement in writing.

We accept card, direct transfer, PayPal, or other available payment methods.

Late or failed payments, or unpaid balances, may mean a pause or end to your access to services, programs, memberships, or materials.

6. What We Ask of You

By working with us, you're agreeing to:

  • Share accurate, complete information

  • Let us know if your health, wellness, or personal circumstances change

  • Show up respectfully and professionally

  • Keep things professional between us

  • Keep your login credentials to yourself

  • Skip sharing, copying, or redistributing program materials

  • Check in with a qualified medical professional before making major health, nutrition, or fitness changes

7. Medical Disclaimer

Simplified Wellness Co. provides coaching, wellness education, and lifestyle support only.

We do not:

  • Diagnose medical conditions

  • Prescribe medication or medical treatment

  • Replace medical care

  • Provide emergency medical advice

  • Guarantee specific health, fitness, nutrition, or wellness results

Please consult your physician, dietitian, therapist, or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning any wellness, nutrition, fitness, or lifestyle program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, medication, pregnancy, or other health concern.

If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.

8. No Guaranteed Results

Every body is different, and so is every result. What you get out of our programs depends on factors like your health history, consistency, lifestyle, nutrition, activity level, stress, sleep, medical conditions, and how closely you follow the recommendations.

We don't guarantee any specific outcome from our services, programs, coaching, or materials.

9. Intellectual Property

Everything we create, workbooks, videos, worksheets, meal plans, exercise programs, coaching materials, downloadable resources, website content, and membership content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You're welcome to use these materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. What you can't do is copy, reproduce, modify, sell, share, distribute, upload, publish, or create derivative works from our materials without our written permission.

10. Account Access and Passwords

Some of our services need an account or login. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, and we'll ask you to let us know if you ever suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We're not responsible for losses that come from a failure to protect your own login information.

11. Privacy and Confidentiality

We handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

Your information stays confidential except when:

  • The law requires disclosure

  • You've authorized disclosure

  • Disclosure is necessary for payment processing

  • Disclosure is necessary to provide services through a trusted third party provider

  • Disclosure is necessary to protect safety, rights, or legal interests

12. Third Party Services and Links

Our website or services may link out to third party websites, tools, payment processors, scheduling platforms, or other services. We're not responsible for the content, policies, security, accuracy, or practices of those platforms. Anything you do on a third party service is subject to their own terms.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trail to Health LLC dba Simplified Wellness Co., its owners, team members, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our website or services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your misuse of program materials

  • Your failure to provide accurate information

  • Your violation of any law or third party rights

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services, programs, memberships, materials, or the website if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in harmful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior

  • Share confidential or copyrighted materials

  • Default on payments

  • Misuse our services or website

  • Create risk for other clients, team members, or our business

If your access is terminated, you'll need to stop using any restricted materials or access provided through our services.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. For anything major, we'll post an update on our website, send an email to active clients, or use another reasonable way to let you know.

If you keep using our website or services after an update goes live, that means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii and applicable United States law. Any disputes related to these Terms or our services will be handled in the appropriate jurisdiction where Trail to Health LLC dba Simplified Wellness Co. operates, unless the law requires otherwise.
