Simplified Wellness Co. provides wellness-related coaching and educational services, which may include:

3. SMS Messaging Terms and Compliance

Simplified Wellness Co. may send SMS messages to clients who have booked appointments, submitted forms, joined programs, or otherwise opted in to receive text notifications.

4. Program Terms

4.1 One-on-One Coaching

One-on-one coaching sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase.

A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited.

Unused sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

4.2 Group Programs

Access is granted for the duration of the program plus 6 days, unless otherwise stated at purchase.

Live sessions cannot be made up if missed.

Recordings may be available for 6 days after the live session, depending on the specific program.

Program materials may not be shared, copied, redistributed, or made available to others.

4.3 Monthly Membership

Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

A minimum of 6 days’ notice is required for cancellation.

Membership access ends at the end of the paid billing period.

Partial refunds are not provided for unused time within a billing period.

5. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due in full before services begin, unless a payment plan or alternate arrangement has been agreed in writing.

We may accept payment by card, direct transfer, PayPal, or other available payment methods.

Late payments, failed payments, or unpaid balances may result in suspension or termination of access to services, programs, memberships, or materials.

6. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:
