I’m Tracy! A food-loving, fitness-obsessed wellness coach who believes in keeping things simple. Because life’s too short for complicated meal plans and exhausting workout routines.

My journey into wellness started young. I was that girl who grew up dancing, cheering, and teaching fitness classes in college because I genuinely loved movement. But when I hit my 40s (and now 50s), everything I thought I knew got flipped upside down. What used to work suddenly didn’t. And the “eat less, work out more” advice I grew up with? It left me feeling exhausted, frustrated, and stuck.

That turning point led me here. I realized that women in midlife don’t need to hustle harder, they need better tools, smarter support, and a plan that actually fits their lives. So, I created Simplified Wellness Co. to cut through the noise and bring clarity to women who feel like their bodies are no longer playing by the old rules.

What sets me apart is my simple, no-nonsense approach to wellness. I blend whole food nutrition, approachable movement, stress management, and mindset support to help you feel like

you again, without burning out or starting over every Monday.

With a B.S. in Exercise & Wellness, I’ve got the education and experience, but more importantly, I’ve lived this. I get what it’s like to be tired of trying all the things and still feeling like nothing sticks.

My programs are designed to be flexible, sustainable, and real-life approved. Whether you’re juggling work, parenting, menopause, or just trying to get through the week, I’m here to help you feel strong, energized, and confident, without the stress, guilt, or confusion.
