Movement has always been part of my life, from dance and cheer in my teens to teaching group fitness in college. I’ve always loved helping others enjoy being active. Nutrition became just as important to me, especially as I started learning how much what we eat impacts how we feel.
For years, I followed the old-school advice, eat less, work out more, but once I hit my 40s (and then 50s), that stopped working. My body felt exhausted, and nothing I tried seemed to help.
So, I changed the approach. I stopped chasing diets and started focusing on what actually supports my body now, real food, simple movement, quality sleep, and less stress. That’s when everything shifted. Now I help other women find the same clarity, confidence, and energy, without the extremes (like giving up carbs! No thank you!)
My Approach
Wellness doesn’t have to be complicated, but it does need to make sense for your life. I teach real strategies that work for real women juggling a million things. No rigid meal plans. No spending hours at the gym. No trying to "earn" your food.
